Make yourself your resin pendant. This tutorial is easy to follow and can be your first inclusion resin project. There is no difficult technique and yet the result is very professional. You have a large selection of flowers to make this jewel as well as very different leather cords .
Step 1
Prepare your mixture of epoxy resin components starting with the hardener then 2 doses of resin.Mix energetically, wait about thirty minutes before using it to no longer have bubbles and that the mixture thickens slightly.
Prepare your mold by cleaning with household alcohol to remove dust.

2nd step
Cut a flower so that it can sit in a corner of the mold. Cut a piece of wood and slide it on one side of the mold in front of the flower.

Step 3
Remove your elements from the silicone mold, pour a little of your resin mixture at the bottom. Replace your flower and the wood and then cast resin again to the top. Place your mold away from dust and if possible in the dark. You can reserve your resin in the freezer in your cup if you have done a lot and take it out whenever you want.

Step 4
Wait 48 hours to unmold your pendant, we must always pay attention to demolding because our footprints on the resin will not leave.

Step 5
Score a point in the felt in the middle of the slice in the center. Pierce your pendant on 2 or 3 mm with a very thin forest such as 0.8mm. This forest can be mounted on your Dremel drill or a hand mandrel . The drill is much more convenient and fast because the resin is hard and it slips but drill with a mandrel is possible.

Step 6
Put a dot of glue at the end of your pendant clip or a drop of resin if you had put aside. Push your tip into the hole, it must force slightly and hold well.

Step 7
Cut about 45 cm of 2 mm leather cord. Pass the cord through the necklace of the pendant then close on each end with a pliers a cord end.

Step 8
Place a ring in each hole of the end caps and place your carabiner.
