Prepare the black resin layer. It takes 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener. Use the measuring cups to measure and mix in a separate disposable container. Here we used 10 ml of resin to 5 ml of hardener which we will use for another project and for our testers so we don't waste. Add a few drops of colorant. 2 or 3 should be enough.

For the testers, take small containers that you will throw away later so you can test the hardness of the resin as you go. For example, you can use bottle caps.

Only 2 drops of resin in the small crimp are enough. Wait 12 hours for the resin to harden before putting the crimp, otherwise it will sink to the bottom of the crimp and be covered. Use your testers to check the hardness with a toothpick.

Place the star with tweezers. Press lightly with the toothpick on the star so that it holds in place. Wait another 12 hours until the resin is completely hard.

Cover with a layer of crystal resin. Make new testers and wait 48h.

Cut 13 cm of wire. Form a loop on one side with round-tipped pliers. Before closing the loop, slip the spacer through. Wrap the piece of wire around it so that it makes two turns and cut off the excess.

Do the same thing on the other side of the wire, this time sliding the clasp through.

Repeat steps 5 and 6 to make the second side of the bracelet. In place of the clasp, make a slightly larger loop so that you can close the bracelet easily.
