Cut the rings attached to your pendant settings

Sand lightly to remove any roughness caused by the removal of the rings.

Position your seams to create the perfect combination

Roll out a strip of white polymer and trace the shape of your crimps. Cut them out with a blade or a scalpel or punch them to cover the bottom of your crimps.

You should get this

Mark the iridescent paper with the shape of the seam using a tool and the serrated teeth of the seam.

Cut out the pre-marked shape. Watch the video for a time-saving trick that involves attaching the shape to an adhesive ball and pulling the paper dry to loosen the pre-cut portion with the teeth. Place the paper over the polymer clay. Bake your pieces in the oven for 30 minutes at 110°C (see manufacturer's instructions on the polymer clay). You can also use dough bases or other colors.

Color your paper with alcohol ink. Have fun creating effects

Now apply the UV Led resin with a wooden spatula or silicone tools as you prefer.

Place under a UV LED lamp to catalyze the resin

Clean the back of your crimps of all traces made during the making

Place an open ring flat on the back of the ear stud. This ring will slide into the open ring placed vertically on the back of the oval stud in the next 2 steps.

Use your jewelry clips to deform open rings into a rounded rectangle shape.

Place the flattened parts of the rings at the back of your crimps vertically. To do this, hold them with a pair of pliers before catalyzing a dot of UV Led resin. Be careful to place the rings in the right place according to the desired arrangement. Here, they are placed in the center of the long length of the oval.

Resin the entire back of the seam

Catalyze under the lamp again

Use a brush to work the edges of your crimps for a more beautiful finish

Resin your cabochons again to give them a domed effect

Repeat this step as necessary.

Gently open the rings attached to the back of your crimps with your pliers. Rotate them but do not pull them apart as this could cause the resin to pop.

Connect your ear stud to the oval crimp and close the ring with your pliers.

Repeat this process to connect the 16mm round crimp to the oval crimp.

Your pair of earrings is finished! Have fun with shapes and colors.
