How to make a tip shaped resin jewelry? The shape of this pendant is due to its mold, there are other molds with this tubular shape which can also be triangular, round, square. These silicone molds when they are translucent white can be used with UV resin because when using the UV lamp it is necessary that the light can pass through the mold. Of course these forms can be filled with two-component epoxy resin, the result will only be more clear in transparency the only drawback is that you have to wait one or two days to be able to unmold the jewelry.
Prepare your equipment, the mold, the bag of flowers and plants, the flakes of gold leaf, a piton, your uv resin and the lamp.

Pour UV LED resin at the bottom of the mold on about 1 cm which corresponds to the tip of the pendant, with a tip like a toothpick press the ends of metal sheets. Cut your vegetable leaf so that it can pass into the mold, cut the width with a chisel then delicately push it to the bottom of the mold. Hold your mold straight and then activate the lamp above it for a few seconds to freeze the resin.

Let the resin flow back into the mold without filling it, cut a few petals, place them in the resin, if a few bubbles rise to the surface, bring a flame closer to the bubbles and they will burst. a needle or a toothpick to hold the peg above the mold, place it well in the middle. Fill again with resin until you reach the height of the piton loop, add a few pieces of gold leaf. Catalyze the resin by keeping the mold straight under the lamp. Wait 5 minutes for it to cool before putting it under a lamp again by laying down your mold and turning its face exposed to UV rays so that the resin sets evenly. This action can be done in 2 steps while always waiting a little for it to cool before catalyzing again.

To unmold the pendant you must dip the mold in soapy water and press at the point, the resin will rise and you can easily catch it. Mount your jewelry with a ready-made chain with its clasp, add a ring that you will pass through the loop of the stud.
