Moon Drop resin has been improved in quality, with long term non-yellowing properties. It cures in a very short time with minimal shrinkage and deformation. Once cured, the surface of your creation is not sticky.
Curing Time:
- Curing begins immediately. It is completely finished in 30 to 120 seconds with LED light (405nm) or UV light (36W).
- Expose the front and back to UV light to ensure curing inside the resin.
- This single component resin also cures well in the sun.
Directions for use:
1. Shake the resin bottle well before use.
2. Slowly pour the resin into your mold so that it spreads without overflowing.
Note: Due to its low 3.5% shrinkage, it works well with open molds.
If you wish, you can add glitter, dried flowers, rhinestones, microbeads at this stage.
3. Place your mold under the UV lamp for 90 seconds
4. Take the mold out to clean up any residue (glitter or other if you added it to the resin)
5. Put the mold back under the UV lamp and leave for 60 seconds
6. If the edges of the resulting shape are not completely smooth, gently file with a nail file.
