Resin
Wondering where to find epoxy resin for your DIY jewelry creations? Look no further! Here you'll find a wide selection of two-component epoxy resins. Everything you need for glazing and embedding to make jewelry and decorative objects yourself.
Epoxy resin is a thermosetting liquid polymer created from a mixture of two components, hardener and resin.
After hardening, the resin leaves a transparent, smooth and hard surface, without polishing, using silicone molds designed for this purpose.
You can color epoxy jewelry resin with alcohol inks for original effects or with colorants adapted to resins. Pre-colored resin kits are also available.
Different types of resin are available for different uses:
Glazing resin: also called topping or surfaceresin , to cover a surface and add shine,
Inclusion resin or crystal resin : an object (dried flowers, elements to be resinated, glitter, microbeads, etc.) is embedded in a large quantity of resin using a mold,
Flexible resin(Glass Flex): to create layers of flexible resin for subsequent bonding.
Don't miss out on our molds, supports and colorants for your projects. And don't hesitate to take inspiration from our resin tutorials.

What is epoxy resin?
Epoxy resin is a thermosetting liquid polymer, created from a mixture of two components: hardener and resin.
Unlike UV resin, two-component epoxy resin sets in the open air, away from light and dust, for a minimum of 24 hours, depending on the quantity used.
It can take up to a week for it to harden to the core, so watch out for your fingerprints on the surface!
How to use epoxy resin
- Mix the two components: resin and hardener. Follow the dosage instructions: two doses of resin for one dose of hardener.
- Using a wooden spatula, stir thoroughly to avoid air bubbles.
- Transfer to another container to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
- Pour the resin into your resin mold or stand.
- Have fun adding mica powder, glitter, microbeads, dried flowers or even charms.
- Wait at least 2-3 days for the resin to dry.
Before you start, it's important to take a few precautions:
- Wear gloves.
- Protect your work surface.
- Set up your workspace in a well-ventilated area.
How do I clean epoxy resin?
- Immediate cleaning: quickly wipe away fresh resin splashes with a cloth.
- Isopropyl alcohol: use to clean tools, brushes and surfaces.
- Do not use water: resin does not dissolve in water, prefer a solvent such as alcohol.
- Hard surfaces: for hardened residues, scrape gently with a plastic tool and use alcohol to clean.
How long between coats of epoxy resin?
We recommend waiting 4 to 6 hours between two coats of epoxy resin. This will avoid unpleasant surprises (air bubbles, sticky surfaces, irregularities, etc.).
How long before I can sand epoxy resin?
You'll need at least 48 hours before you can sand your resin. This is the time required for catalysis.
