Cette pierre gemme comme celle de la taille 6 mm est marquée comme teintée. Est-ce le cas ou était-ce les caractéristiques de l'ancien fournisseur ?

Bonjour, cette pierre ainsi que la taille 6 mm ne sont pas des pierres teintées, mais naturelles. Nous allons modifier la fiche et enlever l'information erronée.

Je suis interessée par ces perles Lapis, par contre, il y a beaucoup d'avis négatifs... du coup, j'hésite, avez-vous pu régler les problemes de qualité?

Très très déçue par la qualité; Ce produit devrait être retiré de la vente, c'est du vol ! Les pierres déteignent au bout de 10 minutes d'utilisation, laissent des traces bleues qui tâchent la peau et les vêtements. Une fois la coloration partie, la perle devient grisâtre avec des tâches bleues !!! de plus, les perles ne sont pas toutes rondes.....A déconseiller fortement !

Nous sommes désolé, effectivement il y avait un problème de qualité avec le précédent lot que nous avions reçu.

Nous l'avons sorti du stock et nous avons commandé ces perles chez un nouveau fournisseur.

Nous allons vous renvoyer 30 perles de ce nouveau lot.

J'ai monté ces perles en collier et je me suis retrouvée avec des traces bleues autour du cou. Elles déteignent ! Je vais être obligée de les vernir. Dommage.

Je viens de recevoir ces perles, déçue car beaucoup moins jolies que sur la photo. Les perles sont assez ternes, je les avais achetées pour remplacer une perle sur un bracelet que je trouvais déjà terne...
