How to make gemstone jewelry?
In summary

Making jewelry with natural stones is easy! Choose your stone: Lapis Lazuli for a touch of blue, Moonstone for softness, Aventurine for soothing, etc. Equip yourself with jewelry-making essentials: wire, pliers and rings, and let your creativity run wild as you compose gemstone rings, gemstone necklaces or natural stone bracelets and earrings!

Gemstones, whether precious or not, possess colors and a natural appearance that draw us in. Their imperfections show us their age-old history, and perfectly cut gems are synonymous with rarity and elegance. And with their many colors and brilliance, it's easy to fall under their spell.

Elegant and delicate, natural stones appeal to men and women alike. They're the ideal choice for creating DIY costume jewelry.

Even in the world of costume jewelry, gems are an absolute must. At Perles & Co, we like to bring you ideas that are within everyone's reach, thanks to our thousands of costume jewelry tutorials, so that you can create your own personalized stone jewelry and wear it or give it to your friends and family.

Flower earrings in natural stones

These easy-to-make earrings are the charm of the moment! Ultra-trendy and available in every color to match your outfits and moods, all you have to do to wear them is slip your flower pendants onto the earrings of your choice! You're free to try the mismatched look with different pendants in each ear, oropt for asymmetry with a round creole in one ear and a rectangle in the other.
And if you're often indecisive, simply change pendants every morning, and you'll have a new pair for every day of the week! On Monday, a flower pendant in purple jade, on Tuesday in tiger's eye, on Wednesday in crazy agate, and so on.

These earrings are THE must-have piece this winter, so create your own without delay!

A bracelet in ruby zoïsite and fancy beads

Here's an original and charming piece of jewelry for men! This bracelet with ruby zoïsite beads, characterized by their green color with darker touches, alternating with pétanque ball beads, is the perfect piece of jewelry for a man. Discreet yet full of character, it's as easy to make as it is to wear every day. It can be a great idea for a DIY birthday or Christmas gift.

Gold hoop earrings with gemstone cabochons

This pair of original earrings combines charm and trend: the unconditional charm of textured gold jewelry and gemstones, ultra-trendy this winter! For this super-simple model, we've chosen to present them with sodalite and a mix of gemstones (malachite, agate, green agate, red agate and sunstone).
But there's no reason why you can't glue on any gemstones you like. Personalize your creoles withAmethyst, Lapis Lazuli,Tiger's Eye, Rose Quartz or Rhodochrosite... Use your imagination!

A Tourmaline stone necklace and resin pendant

Accumulating jewelry is always a trend. That's why we've designed this multi-row necklace with Tourmaline stone beads. This necklace model is ideal for beginners, as it requires little or no prior skill.
The great thing about Tourmaline is that there's not just one color, but a multitude of hues. In fact, did you know that's where it got its name: turamali in Sinhalese means"stone of a thousand colors". As a result, you'll never have two identical necklaces!

Creoles with multicolored agate beads

Here's a quick and easy way to make jewelry that's sure to please! To create these whimsical,autumn-inspired earrings, we've chosen the warm hues oftinted Agate, but you can also opt for the mysterious purple of Amethyst, the dark black of Onyx or the soft pink of Rhodochrosite.
Whichever natural stone you choose, these dangling ear rings will be perfect with a dressy outfit, as well as a more casual one.

A 925 Sterling Silver semainier bracelet with Howlite stone and African Turquoise

The semainier bracelet is a must-have in your jewelry box. We love this accumulation of fine bracelets, which can be varied at will. This model, perfect for beginners, is made of 925 Sterling Silver wire, silver beads, African Turquoise, Turquoise and Howlite beads.
This silver weekly bracelet is made without a clasp. The more you wear it, the more it will look destroyed and slightly distorted.

A duo necklace/bracelet in large mesh with recessed gemstone pendants for men

We've told you, "natural stones seduce women as much as men". The proof is in this necklace and matching bracelet in large mesh with Lapis Lazuli and Sodalite pendants, perfect for masculine looks! The great thing is that you need three times nothing to make them: a stainless steel mesh chain, a clasp, the natural stone pendants of your choice and connecting rings to tie it all together.
Here, we've opted for blue stones, but you can also opt for a softer version in Aventurine, or a more contrasting one in Red Jasper.

A bead bracelet in colored gemstones

We love the pizzazz of this colorful bead bracelet. To make it, simply follow our ultra-easy tutorial. Single, double or triple twists, it's up to you how you like your jewelry.
If you prefer a less colorful version, feel free to use natural stones in soft colors like peach moonstone.

A lucky charm necklace with faceted beads in natural blue stones

We love this pretty necklace, which goes equally well with casual or sophisticated outfits. It's easy to create: thread pearls and pendant onto a wired thread, use Crimp beads to secure it all, and attach your clasp. It's all explained in our tutorial, so you'll see how easy it is! And if you're not a fan of blue, you can switch to a pink version with Strawberry Quartz beads, a green version with Peridot or an orange version with Carnelian.
