How can you measure your ring size without a ring sizer?

If you don’t have a ring sizer, there are two simple methods you can use. Using a flexible measuring tape, wrap it around your finger at the knuckle and note the measurement in millimeters: this is your French ring size (e.g., 54 mm = size 54). Using a ruler, measure the inside diameter of an existing ring and consult a size conversion chart.

How can I discreetly measure someone's ring size so I can buy them a ring?

The easiest way: discreetly borrow a ring that the person regularly wears on that finger, and measure its inner diameter with a ruler. Then consult a size chart to find the right size.

Cordialement,
