Bonjour, Pour finir un bracelet, j'ai commandé la meme reference (HTL2008). Mais la couleur des perles reçues est vraiment trop différente. Ci-joint photo Que faire ?

Bonjour, nous sommes navrés pour ce désagrément, nous avons vérifié la couleur de notre stock actuel et elle correspond bien avec la photo de notre site, il n'y a pas non plus de différence d'un sachet à l'autre. A quelle date avez-vous reçu les premières perles sur votre bracelet ? En fonction de la production, les bains sont différents et la couleur peut donc varier légèrement. Nous allons transmettre l'information à Miyuki afin de vous apporter une solution adaptée.
