How to make a paperweight from resin?
How to make an orgonite-style decorative accessory?
Resin can be used to create a whole range of decorative objects for the home, but today we're turning the spotlight on these unusual objects known as orgonites. The orgonite is an esoteric invention designed to protect us from electromagnetic waves and fields. We won't go into the serious side of manufacturing here, nor will we get into the believe-it-or-don't-believe-it debate. We present the orgonite from a playful and aesthetic point of view, while retaining the basic materials used to create it.
We need a matrix, which in this case is epoxy resin, metals like aluminum, copper and gold leaf, and minerals like quartz, rock crystal and turquoise. You can add whatever you like, as long as the elements are dry and solvent-free.
