To adjust an adjustable stainless steel ring, proceed gently to protect the mechanism.

• First, slip the ring onto your finger to assess how much adjustment is needed.
• Using both hands, gently press the ends of the ring inward if it’s too loose, or pull them slightly apart if it’s too tight.
• Make gradual adjustments of a few millimeters at a time rather than a sudden, large movement, which could weaken the metal, even though it is durable.
