To fold over the stitches, start by knitting the first and second stitches normally.
The first stitch is picked up with the left needle from the front, then passed over the second stitch.
Knit the next stitch as usual.
With the left needle, stitch the first stitch on the right needle and pass it over the second stitch.
Repeat the operation.
When you reach the last stitch of the row, proceed in the same way: knit the stitch normally. With the left needle, stitch the first stitch on the right needle and pass it over the second stitch.
Then, pull the yarn, cut it and pull it through the last stitch. And voila, you have a nice border!
