Miyuki beads are Japanese MiyukiI glass beads, size 6/0 (approx. 3.8 mm in the direction of the hole, 4.5 mm in diameter).
They are perfectly regular, allowing several passes of the thread. They are ideal for weaving beads with or without a loom.
Please note: at Miyuki, the smaller the size, the larger the bead diameter. Miyuki 6/0 seed beads are therefore larger than you might think!
What can you do with Miyuki beads?
A pretty necklace, a long necklace, a bracelet, an anklet or accessories, decoration... Make a multi-row bracelet with memory wire and personalize it with a first name or an inspirational phrase!
Make a pearl bracelet for summer as in our tutorial. Simply thread seed beads onto an elastic thread and add a few gold beads and fish beads.
Take inspiration from our tutorial and make a women's necklace, replacing the Heishi beads with Miyuki beads.
