String 7 Miyuki beads on a nylon or micro-macram wire in the color of your choice.
They were the stars of the 90's: jewels with flowers in seed beads, and especially daisy bracelets, are back! And something tells us that they are likely to be a hit this summer!
That's why, in this sunny period when flowers are blooming in fields and gardens, we thought of you and we suggest you to make DIY costume jewelry with country accents.
Discover in this video how to weave daisy flowers with beads for a bracelet or earrings.
In this video tutorial, you will learn in a schematic way how to weave a DIY beaded flower. You will be able to express your creativity and your floral desires by making your own Miyuki Delicas 11/0 beaded daisies in the color of your choice! In addition to having an incredible color palette, the other advantage of Miyuki beads is that they are regular and have a large enough hole to allow for multiple thread passages. So they are perfect for making Daisy bracelets.
Many thanks to Miyukifor sharing the video. Be careful, the video is subtitled in Japanese but the diagrams are very explicit.
Once you know everything about weaving flowers with beads, let's start practicing! Make a pair of colorful creole earrings with a fresh and bucolic spirit or an original bracelet closed by a sliding knot. By playing with the length, you can transform it into an anklet. Perfect for showing off your little feet on the beach!

Pass the thread back through the first bead you slid in to form a circle.
Thread a seed bead of another color and place it in the center of the circle to make the heart of the flower.
Pass the thread back through the bead that is opposite the first bead you threaded. Congratulations, you have just formed your first flower!
To continue, pass your thread through a bead (which you may or may not have chosen in a different color), then back through the previous bead, then back through the new bead.
Add 6 small beads, then thread through the first bead again to form a circle as before.
Add a seed bead to the center of this new circle to make the heart of this new flower.
Pass the thread through the bead that is opposite the first bead of this flower.
Repeat from step 5. Make as many flowers as you need to go around your wrist, your ankle, a Creole earring.
