Your orders pending payment by bank transfer are kept for 15 days.
After this period, your order will be cancelled and the items will be put back in stock.
It is not possible to pay your order in several instalments.
You can deduct your credit just before the finalization of your order, when you arrive at the payment stage, you can click on "use my credit".
This is a sliding scale tariff, here, for example :
If you order between 1 and 5 pieces, the price per piece is €2.60.
If you order more than 5 pieces, the price per piece is €2.30

Make someone happy with a Perles & Co gift voucher.
To take advantage of it or to make a loved one enjoy it, here are the steps to follow:
1) Choose the amount of the gift voucher
2) Add it as a product to your shopping cart
3) Place your order normally
4) Go back to your Perles & Co customer account
5) Go to
My Account > View full page > Gift Voucher
6) Choose "Send a gift card to a friend
7) Fill in the details of the lucky one
8) Write a short note to her/him
9) Validate to send your gift by email... and it's done!
It is also possible to print your gift voucher.
Have you received a gift voucher?
A code has been sent to you by email, you just have to log in to your customer account, then :
My Account > Display full page > Gift Vouchers Then > Enter a gift voucher code (within 1 year of receiving your code by email).
The amount of the gift voucher is credited to your account, to use it you just have to click on the button "use my credit" at the payment stage.
To use a promo code, go to :
> My account > once you have added an item(s) to your shopping cart
> View my shopping cart
> In the "Overview" box, enter the code under "I have a promotional code to use" > then APPLY
To find an invoice, nothing easier, go to :
> my account
> my orders
> Under the order concerned, click on "INVOICE".
The prices on the site are displayed by default (customers not logged in) with the French VAT (20%).
Once logged in, the prices are displayed with the VAT associated with the default address of the customer account (0% for export and the French overseas departments and territories, the VAT of each country for EU members).
Professional customers from an EU country (outside France) with a valid VAT number are exempt from paying VAT.
If they are identified, the prices for them are displayed exclusive of tax.
Prices are displayed by default with VAT.
The calculation is as follows for France:
Unit price excluding VAT x 1.20 = Unit price including VAT
For example, an item displayed at 1 € including VAT has a price of 0.83 € excluding VAT (0.83x1.20=1)
If you order several quantities of the same item, the calculation will be :
Unit price x quantity = Total price excluding VAT x 1.20 = Total price including VAT
Using our example with an order quantity of 10: 0.83 x 10 = 8.3 x 1.2 = 9.96 € incl. VAT and not 10 € incl. VAT
But the rounding off game can also be unfavourable to customers ;-)
Payments by bank transfer are possible, including from countries outside the
Euro zone.
However, transfers must be made in Euros and not in foreign currency; and any transfer cost must be borne by the customer.
