  • What are the shipping methods and costs?

    These shipping costs vary according to 3 criteria:
    - the weight of your order
    - its amount
    - the shipping method chosen

    We are committed to making your shipping costs as low as possible, so we pay part of the shipping costs depending on the amount of your shopping cart and the shipping method you choose.

    Free shipping will also be offered from 50.00€ of order including VAT, excluding shipping costs, this option is limited to France
    This option is limited to France (excluding DOM-TOM) and European Union countries.
    This offer is also limited to a weight not exceeding 1 kilogram for France and 500 grams for European Union countries. It only applies to the cheapest shipping method.

  • May I change my delivery address?

    To change your address please check your order status: account > my orders.
    Your order is:

    - In process or awaiting payment -> address modification possible
    To change your address you must first cancel your order. Don't panic, it's very simple, here are the steps to follow
    :
    > Click on the button Cancel my order (the amount paid will be credited to you as a credit note to be deducted at the payment)

    > Click on the Reorder button (this will put all your items back in your shopping cart)

    > Confirm the new order with the correct address:

    If the desired delivery address is already registered in your address book, you just have to click on "I choose another address" at the delivery stage.

    If you have not yet saved your desired delivery address in your address book, you can save it beforehand in the "my address book" section or click on "change my address" at the delivery stage.

    > Click on the "Use my credit" button (which you will find on the payment page)
    Please note that you must validate your delivery address on the delivery method page and your billing address on the payment method page.

    - In the process of preparation -> please contact our customer service so that we can see if there is still time to change your delivery address.

  • Can I pick up my order on site?

    YES if you have an address in our department Tarn 81000 (France).

    Choose collection from the depot at the delivery stage when you place your order.

    If you are passing through, please indicate our address:

    You will then be offered the delivery method of collection from the depot.

  • Is there a Perles and Co shop?

    We don't have a physical shop, we are specialists in Internet sales but you can come and collect an order directly from the reception of our company!

  • I am based outside mainland France. Will there be any charges for importing my order?

    Perles & Co products are delivered to the address indicated by the consumer on the invoice. Once the goods have arrived at their destination, the buyer assumes responsibility for them and must pay the relevant duties and taxes.

    For overseas departments and territories:

    > If you live in an overseas department (DOM), you are exempt from VAT, but you may be subject to dock dues. These taxes vary according to the nature of the products imported and the region.

    > If you live in an overseas territory (TOM), you are exempt from VAT, but specific local taxes may apply.

    For countries outside the EU:

    > For orders shipped to countries outside the EU, you may have to pay customs duties.

    > In addition to customs duties, the carrier may charge handling fees for customs clearance.

    For EU countries:

    > If your order is delivered to a European Union country, you will not have to pay any additional customs duties. Trade between EU member states is exempt from customs duties. Your order will therefore be processed and delivered without any additional customs charges.
