Example of search: Order tracking, My account, Return a product
The status of your order is :
- In process or awaiting payment -> possible modification
To modify your order you must first cancel it. Don't panic, it's very simple.
here is how to proceed:
> Click on the Cancel my order button (you can choose to be refunded on the payment method or to obtain a credit note to be deducted from your next order).
> Click on the « Reorder button » (this will put all your items back in your shopping cart)
> Validate the new order by making the desired changes
> Click on the « Use my credit button » (which you will find on the payment page)
You only have to pay the difference if you add items.
- In preparation -> Your order can no longer be modified. You can return your item after receiving it in order to obtain a refund.
You can track your order with the carrier's tracking number.
- You will get it when you receive the email confirming the shipment of your order.
- You can find this number in the « My Orders » section by clicking on the order concerned.
Please note that for shipments abroad, not all shipping methods have a tracking option.
(e.g.: standard international mail)
You can cancel your order if it has the status :
In process or Waiting for payment
If the order is being prepared, it is no longer possible to cancel it.
To check this, you need to go to :
> Account
> My orders
To cancel the order click on Cancel my order in the section My orders.
If you have paid for the order, you can choose to be refunded on the payment method or to obtain a credit note to be deducted from your next order.
You can use this credit for a future order by clicking on « Use my credit » at the payment stage.

If your order is indicated as delivered on your tracking, we invite you to wait 24 hours as there may be a delay between the tracking and the actual delivery.
After 24 hours, we invite you to contact your neighbours and your post office.

we will send you a certificate of non-receipt to be returned to us completed and
