Before any first order, it is essential to create a customer account on our website.
I am creating a Perles and co account:
> Click on the Log in tab at the top right of the screen.
> Click on the Register button and fill in the necessary fields.
Your Perles and Co account is created,
Welcome to your account!
Your account contains all your personal data.
You can modify these data at any time. For more information you can consult our Data Protection Policy

You wish to delete your account:
> Account > View full page > My info - More options >
Delete my account
If you wish to modify your personal data, click on :
> Account
> View full page
> My personal information
> My address book to modify your addresses
You can enter several addresses.
During the "delivery" step, you will select the delivery address and during the "payment" step, the billing address you wish to use.
You can recover your personal data stored by Perles and Co:

To change your password click on :
> Account
> View full page
> My info - my password
You can register your password by clicking on register my password on the login page.
We advise you to use a sufficiently secure password with 8 characters:
1 capital letter, 1 number and 1 special character
We invite you to click on the « Forgot your password? » button at the time of login to receive a new password.
If you do not receive the email, please check your spam and make sure you are using the correct email address when logging in to your account.
Customer accounts that are not active for 3 years are automatically deactivated. In this case we invite you to to create a new account.

We offer two newsletters:

- I don't have a customer account yet and I want to register as a business customer:
On the registration page, check "yes" professional customer and fill in the fields dedicated to professional customers.
Fill in the fields dedicated to professional customers.
Please contact us by email [email protected] and tell us that you have created an account as a professional.
We will check the information and give you the professional discount.
- I want to change my personal account to a business account:
I click on :
> Account
> View full page
> My info - I am registering as a professional
We offer a discount for professionals, please contact our customer service about this.

The returns you wish to make must be validated by our service beforehand.
