Discover this DIY candle kit to create a homemade candle as a gift or for yourself!
Ideal for beginners, this candle-making kit contains everything you need to create a gourmet candle: rapeseed-based vegetable wax, soy-based vegetable wax, a wick on a stand, two silicone molds in the shape of a house and a fir tree, a glass container, and an orange-scented bottle. The result is a lovely scented candle with a warm, wintry ambience, decorated with star anise, a cinnamon stick anddried orange.
How to make a candle at home?
- Melt rapeseed wax in a bain-marie.
- Place in the thermoformed mold.
- Remove from the heat and add the fragrance.
- Pour the mixture into the molds and into the container. Be careful not to place the spices and orange peel too close to the wick.
- Place the decoration in the container as desired.
- Leave to cool. Once the candle has hardened, you can unmold it.
If you've used up all your kit, don't put it back in the cupboard! Continue creating handmade candles with our waxes, candle scents or dyes.
Please note that when you extinguish the candle, the glass container will have heated up. Let it cool completely before moving it.
