How do you use this transfer sheet?
This VeroS transfer sheet is used to reproduce an image of small white flowers on a blue/green background onto a sheet of polymer clay before baking. Roll out your clay, apply the sheet with the printed side facing the smooth surface of the clay, smooth it out to remove any air bubbles, then let it sit for 10 to 15 minutes. Next, dampen the paper to dissolve it, let it dry, then bake the clay according to the manufacturer’s instructions. For best results, use a light-colored clay, as shown in this earring tutorial.
Whether you’re new to polymer clay or already have experience, the website offers tutorials and technical guides to walk you through the process step by step: choosing tools, smoothing techniques, tips for avoiding bubbles, and advice on baking. Everything you need to progress at your own pace and succeed with your DIY projects.
Water-soluble paper is a bio-based material made from wood pulp fibers sourced from the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) and a natural cellulose ingredient. When the material comes into contact with water, the cellulose-based ingredient dissolves, and the wood pulp fibers separate and remain. This revolutionary technology is readily biodegradable in accordance with OECD Standard 301B. Microorganisms and bacteria then help break down the wood pulp fibers even further, allowing for complete biodegradation.
