Its water-soluble paper backing allows you to transfer the image directly onto the raw polymer clay with great precision, without needing any special tools. This polymer clay transfer sheet features a leopard pattern, with irregular spots and dark outlines on a light background, adding a graphic and trendy effect to your pieces. It measures 13.5 cm high by 9 cm wide. Please note: this is a single-use product. For best results, we recommend using light-colored polymer clay.
How do you use this soluble transfer sheet?
- Roll out your polymer clay using a rolling pin or a clay machine, then cut out the pattern and place it on a smooth surface before baking.
- Gently smooth it out to remove any air bubbles and let it sit for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Moisten the sheet with a little cold water and rub gently to dissolve the paper. The image will remain on the clay.
- Let it dry for 5 to 10 minutes, cut the sheet to size as needed, then bake at the temperature specified by the manufacturer.
- If any paper residue remains after baking, run the piece under a trickle of water while rubbing gently.
This leopard pattern works well for creating polymer clay earrings, pendants, or small decorative plaques to attach to various items. You can combine multiple patterns or cut out geometric shapes to create different effects.

Water-soluble paper is a bio-based material made from wood pulp fibers sourced from the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) and a natural cellulose ingredient. When the material comes into contact with water, the cellulose component dissolves, and the wood pulp fibers separate and remain. This revolutionary technology is readily biodegradable in accordance with OECD Standard 301B.
