Psssst... Are you looking for refined and original fancy rings? We've got you covered! In just 10 minutes, create a gorgeous rose gold ring with a spacer in which we'll place a flower and cover it with a few drops of UV LED resin.
We've chosen the rose gold ring holder, but these primers are also available in silver or gold , and all in 925 silver!
This tutorial can be carried out without the lamp, as UV LED resin exposed to the sun's rays will set and harden, but more slowly than when exposed to the lamp. To optimize setting, the room in which you store your creation must not be damp.
How do I put flowers in resin?Making inclusions of flowers or leaves in resin requires a certain amount of preparation beforehand. If you choose freshly-picked plants, you'll need to dry them for a few days. The plants will need to be flattened, as we'll be making a 2-3 mm thick piece... Ideally, you should take small plants of the right size and press them into a book, for example.
For this tutorial, we've used dried and pressed flowers, so the effect will be the same.

Work directly on a silicone mat so you can peel off your creations later. Take your bottle of resin, squeeze gently and pour a few drops into each spacer. Using a rod, spread the resin to the edges of the ring.
Place your plants on the resin in the spacer. Cover the plants with a second drop of resin, spreading it to the metal edges.
Position your UV LED lamp over your creations. Press and hold for 3 seconds for the lamp to work for 60 seconds.
If you press once quickly, it will last 30 seconds. In this case, press a second time.
Remove the lamp and wait 2 minutes for the parts to cool.
Turn your parts over to add a drop of resin on this side. Run the UV LED lamp again for 60 seconds...
You need two small rings to connect your spacer to the ring's rings.
