Step 1:
Cut 12 strands of rope 65 cm long.

2nd step:
Install the 12 strands around the ring using the lark's head knot technique.
Node at the lark's head: Fold the working wire in half, slide the loop formed under the ring, pass the end of the threads through the loop and tighten.

Step 3:
Make a first row of alternating flat knots all around the ring. Flat knot: pass the right yarn under the two middle yarns and over the left yarn. Then the left wire over the two wires from the center and below the right wire. Tighten the first part of the knot. Pass the left wire under the two middle wires and over the right wire; pass the right yarn over the center yarns and below the left yarn. Tighten the 2nd half of the knot.

Step 4:
Make a second row of alternating flat knots.

Step 5:
Make a third row of alternate flat knots.

Step 6:
Make a fourth row of flat knots following the others, spacing the knots a few centimeters (here 3 cm)

Step 7:
Then make a fifth row of flat knots following the others, spacing them half as far as the first time.

Step 8:
Finally, push on the last knot made to bring the two last rows closer to the center.
