With autumn approaching, @lili_azalee, @coeur__citron and @lesptitsbonheursdemamzellelulu launched a challenge on Instagram in partnership with Perles & co. The aim was to create an autumn-colored design using at least 7 Miyukireferences. There were many entries, and several creations turned out to be very cool and original. Let's go back to the Bambi cartoon with Emilie aka @coeur__citron, who suggested weaving this pretty fawn with Miyuki Delicas 11/0 beads in Brickstitch weaving.
For lots of pattern ideas, we invite you to take a look at our page dedicated to bead weaving.
Thank you Émilie for sharing this pattern.
All you need to do is weave the pattern using the diagram above, then tuck in all the threads. We recommend using a bead mat to avoid scattering your beads everywhere! If you'd like to wear this wonderful fawn as a brooch, you can first stiffen it with Paper Patch glue varnish.
We love to see your creations, so don't hesitate to send us photos on our Facebook page or tag us on Instagram with #Perlesandco!
