Cut 1 m of thread and thread a needle. Thread 5 pink hibiscus beads and loop through the first bead threaded in the same direction. Place the loop 20 cm from the end of the thread.

Then add 1 pink hibiscus bead between each bead and exit through bead #6.

Add 2 pastel pink beads between each bead added in the second round. Then add 1 pastel bead above beads 6-10 and 1 gold bead between beads in the third round.

Add 1 white bead between each bead in the fourth round.

Add 1 white bead above each pastel pink bead and 2 white beads above the gold beads.

Add 1 white bead between the pair of white beads strung previously and between each white bead.

Add 1 white bead between each bead added previously, except above the beads marked with a red dot. Instead, thread through these beads. Finally, add 1 white bead to the location marked with a yellow dot. Return to the center of the flower in one of the beads from the first round, passing through the beads. Thread an 8/0 gold seed bead. Pass through the bead in the first round opposite the bead from which your thread exits so that the 8/0 seed bead fits into the hole formed by the beads.

Attach the pins to the weaves by sewing them to the beads or gluing them on.
