Our partner, Aurélie from the blog Liliazalée, suggests weaving a pretty kawaii brooch with the latest patterns: a flowering cactus in its panda-shaped cup! Ultra-cute, it'll look great on the lapel of a jacket, on a sweater or an accessory like a pencil case.
Do you prefer pins? Perfect timing! Simply replace the brooch holder with a pin holder... and you're done! You can also make a magnet for your fridge. In this case, you'll need to glue a magnet to the back using a little jewelry glue.
This tutorial will introduce you to the technique of brick stitch with Miyuki Delicas beads. For beginners, don't hesitate to read our technical sheet to learn how to make a brick stitch weave with augmentation and reduction.
Many thanks to Aurélie for sharing her diagram and explanations. Now you knowhow to make a brick stitch brooch!
