What's the difference between Hotfix and glue-on rhinestones?

Easy to use, Hotfix crystal rhinestones need no glue to attach. They can be stuck on with theHotfix rhinestone applicator for precise application, or with an iron. Their pre-glued flat backs are coated with a thermo-adhesive, enabling them to adhere to a support under the action of heat.
Stick-on rhinestones are attached with a glue dot.
