How to weave numbers into beads?

To do this, you'll need a printable loom weaving chart and colored pencils. Use our free grid or our packs of pre-printed grid sheets. You will find them at the bottom of the page. Then, following the logic of placing the beads to form numbers, you can redraw larger numbers. We do not recommend trying to make the numbers smaller than the ones shown on our grid. The numbers may not be readable enough.

Adapting the size of Miyuki beads to your project

Are you afraid that you can't weave both the name and the date of birth on your bracelet because there is not enough space? Then try to decrease the size of the beads you use. Miyuki delica beads range from 8/0 to 15/0. 8/0 is the largest bead size and 15/0 is the smallest bead size. If you usually use 10/0 or 11/0 and you think your text will not fit, then go for the 15/0 size. It will allow you to make a thinner bracelet, but also to fit more beads and therefore more characters in the length of your bracelet.
