Which extruders are compatible with hollow bead attachments?

Did you know that there's an accessory you can place at the end of your extruder to obtain pre-drilled beads with diameters ranging from 1 mm to 3 mm? These attachments can be placed in many extruders, but not all. In this video, we show you the possible compatibilities.

List of compatible extruders :

Lucy Clay extruders, the 2 Makin's clay professionnal extruders, the one in its case and the one in plastic, the Walnut Hollow and the eco clay gun are the tools in which you can easily place your hollow bead tips. These extruders have an external diameter of 20 mm and an internal diameter of 18 mm. This also means that all the shape discs sold with these extruders are interchangeable, including all Lucy Clay discs.

Not compatible

The Fimo professionnal extruder has a much larger diameter than the others, its discs having a diameter of 21 mm. The piston modeling syringe is the smallest-diameter extruder on the market.
