What is lava stone?
Formed from the rapid cooling of volcanic magma, this stone is also called Basalt.
Its composition varies according to the type of lava and the volcano that spewed it out.
It is generally solid and full of small asperities that give it its charm.
Each stone is unique and may differ significantly from the photo.
Variations in size, hole diameter and colour are possible.
