Freshwater pearl and 925 Sterling Silver bracelet

How to create a 925 Sterling Silver bracelet?

Looking for simple bracelets to wear every day? These 925 Sterling Silver bead bracelets are the perfect compromise between elegance and durability!

925 Sterling Silver, a noble, durable material, adds sparkle and finesse to your creations. Freshwater pearls, meanwhile, are appreciated for their natural brilliance and timeless appeal. Finally, blue glass beads add a subtle touch of color, perfect for adding character to your composition. The harmony between these three types of beads creates trendy bracelets for everyday wear or special occasions.

Accessible even to beginners, this DIY tutorial is the perfect opportunity to learn how to create personalized jewelry. You can wear these bracelets separately for a minimalist look, or together for a modern, sophisticated stacking effect. And if you like, they can also be made in gold. Just go to the bottom of the material, in the "variation" category, and the same material will be available in gold-plated.

These handmade bead bracelets also make a great gift idea. Give the gift of handcrafted jewelry, a symbol of care and refinement. You'll discover just how enjoyable, creative and rewarding jewelry-making can be.

Once these bracelets have been made, whether in 925 Sterling Silver or gold-plated, don't hesitate to share the result with us on our social networks: Instagram, Facebook and Tiktok!

Tutorial steps

Step 1

Cut about 20 cm of nylon turtle thread for each bracelet. Thread a Crimp bead followed by a closed ring. Pass the end of the thread back through the crush bead to form a loop around the ring. Leave about 1-2 cm of wire after the bead, then crush it firmly with crush bead pliers or flat-nose pliers.

Tip: crushing the bead with a pair of pliers will make the result cleaner and more discreet. If you don't know how to use Crimp bead pliers, follow our video on how to make beautiful finishes: How do I use Crimp beads?

Then start stringing the beads. Note that the number of beads may vary according to your wrist size. Here are bracelets for thin wrists.

For the first bracelet, thread the blue glass beads (here 16), followed by the curved silver tube bead, the mini fish charm and the freshwater pearls (here 12).

Pass the end of the thread through a new Crimp bead, then through the clasp ring. Pass the thread back through the bead and crush it as described in step 1. Trim the excess wire and the first bracelet is complete.
