What's more, once you've completed this tutorial, you'll be able to embark on a variety of projects, because you'll know how to achieve beautiful finishes with wired wire.This beginner's jewelry tutorial shows you how to create the piece of jewelry of your choice: bracelet, anklet, necklace etc. (simply adjust the length), with a harmonious combination of fine stones and fancy chain.
Here, we've fallen for our 4 mm gemstone mini stars. They come in a multitude of stones (Lapis Lazuli, Agate, Turquoise, Sodalite...) and the hardest part is clearly choosing. Some will have a particular attraction to a stone in itself, others will be more drawn to a color... whatever the case, these little stars are so cute that they stand on their own.
For a little brightness, opt for a few stainless steel beads to intersperse randomly with the stars. They'll echo the fancy rectangle chain that forms the second row of the bracelet. As you'll see in the steps of the tutorial, this type of chain is very practical as it is the equivalent of an extension chain. We'll also show you how to create a charm with a star pearl, a delicate reminder of the bracelet.

Cut a length of wire corresponding to the part you wish to create with gemstones. Add to this length a 5 cm margin for the finishing touches.
Here, for 9cm of beads, take about 15cm of wire. Cut with wire cutters. Pass a crush tube over your wire, pass the wire through one of the chain links and then pass the wire back through the crush tube. You've formed a loop. Flatten the tube with flat-nose pliers to secure the wire.
Start threading your beads onto the wire as you wish. Here, an irregular sequence of small gemstone stars and round gold stainless steel beads.
Continue until you reach your ideal length, then repeat step 1, this time forming a loop around the lobster clasp ring.
Now cut the chain to your desired length (here, 25cm) to make a wrist wrap (or two or more) as you wish (or why not make a necklace). Cut, adding 1 or 2 extra links at the desired length to act as an extension chain.
To add a little detail, place a gemstone star as a tassel at the end of the chain. To do this, thread the star onto a flat-headed nail and form a loop using round-tipped pliers or the Magic Looper: One Step 1.50mm Looper.
