Have fun imitating wool with polymer yarn. This very affordable technique where you use an extruder will allow you to make new creations with textile look. The wall weaves are very trendy, we see everywhere so why not embark on an imitation in the form of jumper.
Step 1
Take 2 bars in a 57g dough roll. Mix the dough and roll it on a support to obtain a cylinder. Attention the cylinder must have a diameter slightly lower than the extruder to be able to be inserted there.

2nd step
Place at the end of the extruder a disc with 12 holes, close by screwing the end. Turn the crank to bring out your strands.

Step 3
Take a thread, fold it back on itself and start twisting it with a twist of the fingertips to the right side. Take a second thread, do the same thing but this time by twisting to the left. Lay the strands side by side for a visual effect of mesh jersey.
Press lightly on each side of the mesh so that the pasta is soldering lightly.

Step 4
Take a bar of dough, knead it and spread it in a thin plate about 3 cm by 4 cm.
Make several stitches, cut them in length, place them next to each other to obtain a wool imitation plaque.

Step 5
Cut with a blade a rectangle of 2 cm by 2.5 cm. Prepare a twist and reserve a wire.

Step 6
Take a small piece of brown paste, make a thread rolling it under your fingertips on a flat support. The diameter must be about twice the size of the extruded wire.
Cut 6 pink threads, arrange them on your brown dough at equal distances. Drop some liquid sculpey against the bottom edge of your rectangle and place your twisted wire in it. Cut the excess dough.

Step 7
Lightly press the threads on the brown end to adhere and cut off the excess dough with a knife. Place sculpey liquid against the edge of the top of the rectangle and then adhere the part with the brown tip.
Drop liquid under the twist of the bottom and then drop there about fifteen bits of polymer son about 1.5 cm.

Step 8
You have to place the rest of the twisted wire at the top in the form of V. Crush the ends of the twist under the brown paste. You can add a liquid polymer point. Cook your imitation weaving at 130 ° for 30 minutes.
You can pass a ring of 4 or 5 mm in the twisted wire and then pass a chain or a neck in this ring to get a necklace or a jumper.
