
Cut 3 bars from the dough of your choice. Roll out the dough with your rolling pin and run it through your dough machine several times (about 15 times) at the thickest setting. With each new pass of dough, bind the plate in half on itself.
NB. If you don't have a dough machine you can continue to condition (prepare your dough) with your roller to obtain a nice sheet with a regular thickness (for this you can use your roller).(you can use chopsticks to position your roller on it and determine the thickness of your dough)
Once your dough sheet is ready, cut out two circles with the largest round cookie cutter in the set.
