Thank you to My Nice Knit for this tutorial that will keep you warm while being trendy!
This snood is composed of 3 twists of 15 meshes separated by 2 strips of 5 stitches of garter stitch.

Sample:
14 stitches x 19 rows = 10cm x 10 cm
** Making a twist **
Twists are easy to make! It's enough to be methodical.
There are only 2 rows during which you have to cross the stitches.
For all other rows, simply knit ranks and rows back.
1st row of crossing:
Place 5 stitches on the auxiliary needle behind the work.

Knit the next 5 sts.

Knit the 5 stitches of the auxiliary needle.

Knit the last 5 stitches.

2nd row of crossing:
Knit the first 5 stitches and place the next 5 stitches on the auxiliary needle in front of the piece.

Knit the next 5 sts.

Knit the 5 stitches of the auxiliary needle.

The odd rows of twists are knitted in stitch-like place.
The even ranks of the twists are knitted in reverse stitch.
The bands between the twists are always knitted in mesh place (garter stitch).
