Wondering how to adapt your Peyote bead weaving, Brick Stitch or loom weaving to sliding clasps with loops?
Follow these instructions to get started with these clasps and charms.
Adapting Peyote and Brick Stitch weaving to the clasp
Step 1:
Make a weave about 1 cm long and stop it when the beads on both ends of the weave can fit together.

Step 2:
Wrap the weave around one of the clasp bars and "zip" the two ends of the weave together.

Step 3:
Continue weaving from the loop created.

Adapting a bead weave to the clasp loom
Once you've finished weaving, don't tuck the threads into the weave. Wrap the weave around the clasp bar, then attach the end of the weave to the rest of the weave, securing the remaining threads in the weave. Do the same on the other side, paying attention to the direction of the sliding clasp.
