The 5 essentials for back to school

And yes, you know it, or at least you've felt it: it's back-to-school time! The period so eagerly awaited by some and so dreaded by others! It's the time when you get back into the swing of things, often at a thousand miles an hour. But now that the hardest part is over, it's out of the question to forget ourselves, so we take some time to treat ourselves!

And enjoying yourself also means discovering new things. That's why we've put together a short list of the 5 must-haves for back-to-school. Whether you're a budding designer or an experienced one, it's never too late to try out a new creative hobby, so let's get started!

Try your hand at macramé

You've definitely heard of it! Whether you're using micro-macramé to make fine jewelry, or macramé for larger-scale wall decorations, you're bound to be familiar with this technique. Yes, the one that consists in knotting threads together (a bit like a return to childhood with Brazilian bracelets, in fact). So whether you prefer the meticulousness of micro-macramé or the thicker threads of macramé, you're sure to find something to inspire you in our macramé tutorials.

Beginner? Don't panic, we've got just the thing for you: our macramé tutorials are specially designed for you!

Getting to grips with resin

THE resin! It's impossible to pass up this technique! Pouring, mixing, inlaying, molding, unmolding... each step has its own satisfying side! The possibilities are endless, and the results as surprising as ever, because you're free to let your creativity run wild .

So whether you're looking to create everyday accessories or jewelry components: beads, cabochons, pendants and much more, you're bound to find what you're looking for. There's something for everyone... the hardest part is often choosing: epoxy resin, transparent or colored resin, UV resin or inclusion resin... and that's not even mentioning the choice of molds.
