What do you love most of all?
I love the creative process in general: from the bubbling of ideas to taking photos of the creation. Most of all, I love the thought that goes into creation, finding a way to achieve what I want.

What would you take with you to a desert island to keep you from getting bored?
Wool! Because you can knit, unknit and knit again to make new things.

Do you have a totally crazy, over-the-top addiction, but one that you fully embrace?
If I only had one, that would be it! To sum up, I'd say I'm addicted to creative hobbies in general, so I collect wool, paper, pencils and beads!

What's your proudest creation?
My proudest creation is the knotted-stitch rug I made last year. It's a 1m by 1m50 rug that decorates my son's bedroom.

What's your favorite creative technique?
I don't have a favorite creative technique per se. I love discovering and learning new techniques. This means I can be weaving beads one day and painting the next. However, I don't think I go a day without knitting, as it's particularly relaxing after a hard day's work.

What's your favorite color palette?
All blues: turquoise blue, navy blue, duck blue, sky blue...
And I love combining blue with white or beige and gold.

What's the one tool you can't live without?
It's not very conventional, but the tools that are indispensable to me whatever the creation are my camera & my computer! I share almost all my creations on my blog, Youtube and social networks.

What's your biggest source of inspiration?
A lot of my inspiration comes from social networks, especially Pinterest. It's a great tool that also lets you "organize" inspiration by category! Their search engine is very relevant in many fields, from DIY to cooking and many others. In short, I highly recommend this platform.

Your favorite proverb or saying?
My favorite quote comes from the book Alice in Wonderland by Lewis Caroll. It's on my Instagram profile: "I am not crazy, my reality is just different than yours". Creative people are often mistaken for crazy/eccentric, but that's because we don't have the same perception of the world around us.

What are your current projects?
There won't be enough space for me to list my current projects. I've still got lots of projects on the go and 10 more planned in my head.

Any advice for beginners? or what not to do?
Persevere. When you're just starting out, it can be complicated because you don't get it right the first time, or the result isn't what you imagined. But persevere and you'll be proud of what you've created.

Thanks to Alice for playing along!
