This pearly salmon epoxy fish bead with fine gold plating can be threaded onto your creations to add a pearly, marine touch to your DIY bracelets, necklaces and earrings.
Please note: the epoxy resin is on one side. The back is smooth.
This bead features the silhouette of a fish, a graphic and playful motif much used in summertime or sea-inspired jewelry creations. Measuring 15 x 7.5 mm, the face is decorated with epoxy resin in a pearly salmon tone, a pinkish hue with slightly iridescent reflections, evoking the warmth of a sunset on the water. The contour and structure of the pearl are gilded with fine gold, making it long-lasting and meticulously finished. The pearl is pierced lengthwise. Lightweight and well finished, it can be used on its own as a central element or combined with other pearls to liven up a composition.
What to do with this fish bead
It's easy to incorporate into a bracelet on elastic thread, mixed with golden Heishi pearls or small round resin beads for a coordinated summer ensemble. On a wired necklace, it can play the role of central pearl, surrounded by more discreet pearls to highlight its shape. It can also be used to make light earrings on a creole to decorate or on a stud with a hoop, in combination with one or two small round pearls. For more original creations, it can be integrated into a wrap bracelet combining braided cords, macramé knots and beads of different materials. A key-ring or a piece of bag jewelry is also a possibility.
