925 Sterling Silver ball charm with a 24K gold plated finish set with a faceted gemstone.
Black onyx stone is not originally black. It is treated by being immersed in a solution of black sugar and acid. The soft, porous nature of the stone allows the solution to soak in. After immersion, the stone is then heated. This is a common process that makes the colour deeper and longer lasting.

This product is made from recycled silver and the gold used for plating is recycled gold.
