What are crush pearls used for?
Crush pearls are small pearls used to attach the clasp of a necklace or bracelet, or to hold one or more pearls in place on jewelry when you want to space them out.
For an attractive finish, we recommend the use of crushable pearl covers.
How to use crimp beads:
1. Thread pearls, for example, onto a cabled wire, then thread on a crush bead.
2. Thread on a clasp.
3. Thread the wire through the crush bead and the beads.
4. Crush the bead with suitable pliers.
5. For a perfect finish, place a crush pearl cover at the end of the pliers and squeeze on the crush pearl to hide it.
