Round charm in 925 sterling silver with a 3 micron gold plated finish. It is set with a faceted gemstone.

Black onyx stone is not originally black. It is treated by being immersed in a solution of black sugar and acid. The soft, porous nature of the stone allows the solution to soak in. After immersion, the stone is then heated. This is a common process that makes the colour deeper and longer lasting.

This product has been made with recycled silver and the gold used for plating is recycled gold
