Take a small dried rose and remove its petals. Using a blade, cut a heart shape from one of the petals. Pour a few drops of UV resin into the bottom of the heart shape, then turn on the UV lamp once.

Make a heart-shaped pendant from imitation wood polymer clay and UV Led resin, enclosing a rose petal.
How do I make an ebony wood imitation in polymer clay? Is UV Led resin ovenproof? You'll find all the answers in this polymer and resin tutorial.

Take a small dried rose and remove its petals. Using a blade, cut a heart shape from one of the petals. Pour a few drops of UV resin into the bottom of the heart shape, then turn on the UV lamp once.

Place the worked petal on the set resin, then add more to the edges of the resin. Operate the lamp twice in succession.

The wood effect we're going to create is a little fanciful, as we've added a metallic paste. This one is a Métallic from Cernit, which could have been done with a copper paste from Fimo. Take 3 bars of black paste and 3 bars of bronze paste, stretch them into cylinders, place them side by side and roll them together as tightly as possible until they break.

Make a ball of dough from the whole, lengthen again into a cylinder and continue twisting. You'll need to repeat this step three times before you'll get fairly fine stripes. Cut the cylinder into 3 sections and place one on top of the other.

Pass the roller over the ends of the cylinder vertically to follow the lines. In the same direction, pass the dough through the dough machine, always folding the dough in two and inserting it through the folds. It takes 3 or 4 passes through the dough machine at the widest notch.

Cut the resulting slab of wood into 2 layers. Roll to remove any air bubbles between the 2 layers.

Take a small heart cookie cutter approximately the same size as the resin heart. Take one from the wooden plate. Place your resin heart in the hollowed-out shape, and gather the paste around the resin.

Take a larger cur cookie cutter and cut another cur around the first one. Bake your polymer resin cur in a conventional oven, taking care not to exceed 120 degrees, for 30 minutes.

Use micro-mesh to sand and polish polymer wood under soapy water. Rub your piece on denim to polish it.

Spread a few drops of resin on the back of the piece and activate your lamp 2 times.

Use either a Dremel drill or a hand-held chuck to drill a very fine drill bit into the top of your cur. Take a nail shank and cut it into a small piece, about 4 mm long. Fix it in the hole with glue.

Add a ring to the stem loop, then cut a piece of gold chain. Thread the chain through a key ring, using the rings to connect the ends of the chain.
