We're a big fan! The wrap bracelet is the must-have accessory for this summer! Wear it with a chic or casual outfit, this multi-row bracelet will suit all your occasions.
Don't have your own yet? Now's the time to create one by following our tutorial!
Ultra-simple to make, in this DIY tutorial we explain the leather wrap bracelet technique for a look that's both chic and casual. This DIY bracelet will be with you all summer long!
We suggest you make a 4-turn wrap bracelet. The technique involves attaching different beads between two cords or two laces. For this tutorial, we've used Miyuki Delica beads, faceted beads and natural stone beads. We chose to combine labradorite and howlite. But feel free to change the colors of the gemstone beads and cord to make a piece of jewelry in harmony with your style.
To finish it off, we've chosen a round button. It makes it easy to attach and remove the natural stone bracelet.
This bracelet wrap tutorial is easy and accessible to all designers. So, let's get started!

NB: The Miyuki yarn used in the tutorial has been replaced by stronger Fireline yarn.
Thread the cord through your button, place the button in the middle, then tie a knot.
Cut about 1.5 m of Miyuki thread, thread your needle and double it (for extra strength). Stitch the thread into the cord knot to secure it, and tie a knot around the cord.
Thread the first bead, wedge it between the 2 cords, then take the remaining thread and pass it under the bottom cord.
Weave over the bottom cord, then tuck the thread into the bead. We recommend you watch the bracelet wrap video to understand how to start weaving.

Pass the thread under the top bead, then repeat the same beading technique for all the other beads, taking care not to over-tighten the thread and to maintain a nice evenness. If the bead twists during beading, adjust it as you go along and straighten it out.

If the bead twists during beading, adjust it as you go along and straighten it out.

On this model, we started with: imitation howlite beads, faceted glass beads, Labradorite pierced gemstones and faceted mini-hematites. After the mini-hematites, we continued with bead weaving. The Miyuki beads are inserted and then plated as closely as possible with the previously inserted beads, using your thumb to ensure perfect alignment. Follow this weaving grid!
Once you've finished weaving Miyuki beads, continue with Preciosa round glass beads. String the beads in pairs.
Tie a knot with the leather cord, then another a little further on, leaving enough length to pass the button.
