In this tutorial, I'll show you how to make a colorful XXL resin bead necklace with a sun pendant to add a splash of color to your winter outfits. Original and trendy, this necklace will add style to simple everyday outfits: jeans, a white shirt, this necklace and you're done!
This tutorial presents no particular difficulties and is accessible to beginners and experienced designers alike. You'll need flat pliers, 0.30mm wire, beads to crush and bead covers to crush, wire protectors and resin beads. You'll also need to choose a stainless steel pendant. For this tutorial, I've chosen a sun pendant, to give a little warmth, pep and light. You can choose another pendant model on our website, to personalize your necklace. We also have a wide choice of resin beads, so you can vary the colors and shapes by changing the beads: our synthetic beads.

To make the first half of the necklace, cut between 25 and 30 cm of wire to be wide (to be adapted according to the desired necklace length). Pass one end through a bead to be crushed, then through the wire protector. Pass the wire back through the crush pearl, crushing it with flat-nose pliers or crush pearl pliers. You can then cover it with a crush pearl cover.
Then slide in your resin beads, alternating colors as you wish.
String 10 or more beads, depending on the size of your neck or the length you want the necklace to be.
Close this first half of the collar by repeating step 1.
Then add a 7x1 mm ring using round-ended pliers and flat-ended pliers to one end of each necklace part. Then slide your lobster clasp into a ring on the side of your choice.
Attach a 4x0.8 mm ring to the other two ends of your necklaces. Now join your two necklace parts by attaching the buoy clasp to your previously attached rings.
You can attach a 7x1 mm ring to your sun pendant, and slide this into the buoy clasp.
Your necklace is finished and ready to enhance your outfits!
