How to make a bracelet with curved tube beads?

Have you also adopted the trend for bracelets with curved tube beads? We at Perles & Co can't get enough of them! So we've decided to offer you a new tutorial on tube bead bracelets. This tutorial is designed above all to inspire you and show you that we can make a multitude of bracelets by mixing curved beads with other types of beads. So don't hesitate to take a look at all our new tube beads on the site - you're bound to find what you're looking for!

In this tutorial, we've chosen to mix acrylic tube beads with gold, freshwater and round faceted pearls. The perfect way to add a touch of originality to your bracelet! We offer two versions, to be worn alone or in combination: a very colorful version with fuchsia and orange pearls and white faceted pearls, and a less colorful but equally fashionable version featuring leopard-print tube pearls combined with freshwater pearls.

Easily accessible to beginners, all you have to do is thread the pearls onto your elastic thread and tie a surgeon's knot. You'll find all the detailed steps below. You won't need any tools to make these pearl tube bracelets.

If you reproduce this tutorial, we invite you to share your creation with us on social networks by mentioning Perles & Co on your post. We love to see the beautiful creations you make!

Tutorial steps

Step 1
Elastic bracelets with fancy tube beads : Step 1

Cut about 35 cm of elastic thread and pull slightly to loosen. Start threading the beads.

For this bracelet, we did the following:
- one twisted tube bead fuchsia
- one round bead golden flower motif
- one twisted tube bead orange
- 3 round beads heishi ondulées brushed effect
- 3 round faceted flattened white beads
- 3 round wavy brushed effect heishi beads

We repeated this bead sequence a second time.

Step 2

Once you've finished stringing all your beads, you can tie a surgeon's knot to close your bracelet. Don't hesitate to repeat the knot 1 or 2 times to secure the bracelet.

See our How to close an elastic bracelet datasheet for help with this step.

Step 3
Elastic bracelets with fancy tube beads : Step 3

We've chosen to make a second bracelet using a mix of tube and freshwater pearls.

To do this, cut another 35 cm or so of wire. Pull lightly to stretch it a little, then string the pearls, alternating between a tube pearl and a freshwater pearl.
