There are several ways to create charms with beads. You can thread them onto a flat head or ball head nail and form a loop on the other side, or you can use wire and wrap the bead with it. It is this last jewelry technique that we will use in this tutorial. It allows you to create a setting around the beads.
The beads used are Jasper called sesame. It's a pretty mottled stone with a natural look that will suit most outfits in your dressing room. To complete the look, we added a small black Onyx pendant.
This technique requires a bit of skill and precision, as the beads are small. That's why this is an intermediate level tutorial. If you are a beginner, or think you might have trouble with this attachment, you can still do this tutorial by choosing to form charms with nails. Looking for a little sweetness? Choose the moonstone beads and a small aventurine pendant that you will find at the bottom of the page. A silver bracelet version is also available.
