The golden bracelets and the white color of the pearly pearls make a wonderful combination! This is THE timeless jewel par excellence! These imitation freshwater pearl bracelets add a refined touch to any outfit, and can be worn in any season and for any occasion: weddings, christenings, chic evenings or even the festive season. The mix ofmother-of-pearl and gold is certainly fashionable, but there's another trend that's very much in vogue, and it's not leaving our wrists! Suspense... Can you guess? It's all aboutstacking jewelry! And that's great news for all fans of chic bracelets for the holidays! So don't hesitate to wear your jewelry in a stack: rings, necklaces and bracelets. Create an infinite number of jewelry sets in your own style. We always want more jewelry, don't we? These seven bracelets are just the thing! The accumulation of several bracelets enriches your outfit and your look! Prefer a more minimalist look? Choose one to three bracelets from the seven on offer. But for an ultra-chic holiday look, dare to wear them all together!

Here are a few tips for successful jewelry stacking:

  1. Alternate jewelry types: rigid, supple, thin, thick...
  2. Keep to the same style: don't mix delicate jewels with chunky chain, for example.
  3. Find a happy medium: neither too much nor too little jewelry.
  4. Let your creativity do the talking

And for those who love DIY, these imitation freshwater pearl bracelets are easy to make. You'll need jewelry pliers and about 30 minutes. You'll need cutting pliers to cut the chain and nail shanks. Round and flat-nose pliers to form loops on the nails and open and close the rings. Let your creativity flow and make your own chic, timeless bracelets to wear on any occasion.

In this tutorial, I'll give you some indications of the dimensions you'll need to make the bracelets, but it's best to test the bracelets on your wrist as you go along.

Tutorial steps

Step 1
Stacking of gold-plated Manon bracelets and imitation mother-of-pearl pearls : Step 1

Let's start by adding the charm to the ring with a small oval ring. Hold the ring with a pair of pliers in each hand and rotate one plier towards you and the other in the opposite direction, without moving the ends apart.

Hold the ring with one clamp in your hand. With your other hand, slide the band ring into the ring, then your charm. To close, realign the ends in the opposite direction, until they touch perfectly. You can go back and forth a little to make them fit perfectly.

Step 2

Cut the beaded chain. To cut the chain, I recommend cutting the link inside the bead after the correct size. Keep any beads that fall off the chain to make your spacers later.

Cut 2 pieces of chain the size of your wrist -0.5 cm. Cut 4 pieces of 2-bead chain and 3 pieces of 3-bead chain. You've got 9 pearly beads.

Step 3
Stacking of gold-plated Manon bracelets and imitation mother-of-pearl pearls : Step 3

Make the first two simple bracelets by adding a 6 mm ring on one side of the chain and a clasp on the other. Secure the clasp with an oval ring.

Step 4

For the third bracelet, we'll form a first spacer. Thread onto a nail: a pearly pearl, a flower roundel, an imitation freshwater pearl, a flower roundel, a pearly pearl. Cut the nail about 10 mm from the last pearl. Bend it at 90° and form a loop using the round pliers: grasp the end of the nail and turn the pliers so as to wrap the nail shank around the pliers.

Step 5

Subtract 3 cm from your wrist measurement and divide this sum in half. Cut two pieces of chain to match this measurement. Attach the chains on either side of the divider and add the clasp and 6 mm ring. Make four more spacers by repeating step 4.

Step 6

Use the four spacers to form a new bracelet. Connect them with the three-bead chain pieces. Subtract 16 cm from your wrist measurement (re-measure the chain of spacers and add 0.5 cm if you used two-bead chain pieces, as your wrist is smaller than 15.5 cm) and divide this sum in two. Cut two pieces of chain to match this measurement. Attach the chains on either side of the spacer chain and add the clasp and 6 mm ring.

Step 7

Finally, for the last bracelet, form five spacers made entirely of imitation freshwater pearls. Connect them with pieces of chain two pearls long and, as before, take 13 cm off the size of your wrist. Divide this measurement in half. Cut corresponding pieces of chain. Attach these pieces to each side of the bracelet and add the fastening system.
