How to make a Miyuki wrap

How to make a Miyuki wrap?

Make a Miyuki wrap 2 rounds by following this video. It is also possible to make the wrap without loom but it is easier for beginners (DIY) to use one, especially to have a weave more straight and regular.

If you do it without a loom, start by weaving the seed beads 8/0 then the miyuki Delicas 11/0.

For a bracelet of more than 2 turns, take a larger leather thread. Measure your wrist circumference with a measuring tape, add 2 cm and multiply this value by the number of turns, add a little extra length of wire. Readjust the length of the bracelet later.

Another method is to weave each Miyuki band on a loom separately and then add them on the leather with the wrap technique, but this way is much longer than the other two.

If you wish to modify the button of this model, we also propose you to use a button in gilded metal .
